I LOVE this Starbucks location!! The baristas are always SO friendly and have a smile on their face. The inside is always clean, and I've never spent more than 5 minutes in the drive-thru. I visit this location very often and they have never gotten my orders wrong. :)

This arguably could be the worst Starbucks I have ever had the misfortune of visiting . I sat at the drive-through line behind three cars for almost 5 minutes finally got to be on deck, and proceeded to sit another three minutes and then decided to leave. Tired of waiting any longer. When I ordered, I asked if they had any kind bars which every Starbucks in the United States sells. However, this Starbucks employee did not even know what I was referring to.
I need to remember this location so I never come here again. -

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!
I don't understand how this location is rated so low, these baristas are AMAZING!!!!!!!! They took the time to remember my name and get to know my order and I'm always greeted with a big smile, WARM welcome and my favorite order from my favorite people. They really do make it feel like my "3rd home". As one of the baristas told me that was their goal. -

I have given this location several chances, and seem to come away disappointed more often than not. Twice now I have observed an employee obviously sick behind the counter making drinks. Once I watched an employee climb up and actually stand on the counter. He did not clean it once he got down. The service is very slow and on three separate occasions my drink has been wrong. When you're paying this much, I expect better.

Im always greeted with a friendly welcome and get my order quickly using the drive-thru. I usually come to this location 2-3 times a week and have never had an issue.
